These green sponge balls are round in shape and branded with the LSN logo. They can be used when performing Self-Lymphatic Drainage (SLD) movements, which are fully described in the LSN book ‘Your Lymphoedema – taking back control’.
Even if you do not have lymphoedema but occasionally feel the need to relieve your stress, why not buy one knowing that you are supporting the LSN.
